Graduated from Setsunan University.
After joining Freeplus Inc., played a pivotal role in the inbound travel industry from its early stages. Contributed to arranging trips for over 180,000 visitors annually from more than 40 countries at its peak. In 2020, established Irobito Inc.
Currently based in Japan, Indonesia, and the Philippines, promoting Japanese culture abroad and enriching the experiences of international travelers.

Graduated from Kyoto Sangyo University.
I dove into the world of inbound travel at JTB Global Marketing & Travel, gaining experience in sales and arrangements for the Asian market. Subsequently, I joined Freeplus inc. where I handled all aspects of inbound travel before moving to irobito inc.
In my current role, I am responsible for various planning and promotional activities, aiming to deliver our company’s philosophy of “bringing color through travel and spaces” to customers worldwide. I work to create touchpoints between our company and our clients. Additionally,
I strive to enhance service quality through customer service operations to meet diverse needs with superior services.

Having studied at international schools in the Philippines, Malaysia, and the United States from a young age, and traveled extensively, Kaoru Yamazoe has learned diverse languages, cultures, and values from people around the world. Driven by the desire to share Japan’s allure globally and to connect with people from different cultures, he joined Irobito Inc., making his passion his lifelong career.
